I just graduated college, played collegiate lacrosse for 4 years and now coach youth through highschool Lacrosse. I personal train at Charter Fitness and within 1 month I went from having 1 client up to 23 clients!
Personally, I have gained 30lbs of muscle over about 3 years of hard work! I try and help people like me, who are skinny attempting to build size, mass, and muscle! I love working out and have been told by many to compete in a physique completion which I plan on doing this upcoming March! I always set personal goals and I hope to see what I can get my body up to, naturally! I harp myself about being natural!
