After the soreness, comes the strength!

My name is Nat (short for Natasha) I am 27 and I became a gym rat/fitness enthusiast 5 years ago. When I was a kid I always into sports, track and cheerleading  were my sports of choice I had the perfect little shape with the perfect litte abs and then BOOM, I got pregnant at 17. While pregnant I gained 65lbs. I went from 120 to 185 and after having her I only lost 10lbs of the weight i gained. Being young everyone told me “oh you will snap right back” but I didn’t. I went from 175 to 197. It wasn’t until my then 3yr old daughter told me I was fat that I decided something had to change. I switched up my eating habits, I started going to the gym 3-4 days a week mainly focusing on cardio and very little weights. I then got on Instagram and saw a 30 fitness challenge and that challenge sky rocketed my fitness life style. I have changed dramatically. I went from 197 to 130, then learned how to change my body using weights and I’m now 140 currently working on a body sculpting science for myself and other mommys who struggle with their body. I know there are plenty of fit moms. But when I see these fit moms and I see them snapback queens whose body leaves no trace of having a baby, no stretch marks no extra skin, just back to normal. I on the other hand am riddled with stretchmarks on my tummy and had extra skin. I want to help mommys like me, the ones who think they can never have that amazing looking stomach because they have tiger stripes. Im determined to be the moms trainer.
