I’m from Colorado and I grew up with 4 brother. At age 19 (Nov 2001) I joined the Marine Corps where it change my whole world and I had to adapt to such a strict life style. I served 3 tours to Iraq in 2005/07/09. I saw other countries and was introduced to a new world at such a young age. While I was in I progress through the ranks, having under my charge by the time I picked up Sgt, I trained over 600+ troops a month in physical fitness as a squadron or as an in house shop. I’ve learned so many things and taught other everything I know just so they to can be successful in their fitness, combat training and their jobs. That was an amazing time in my life and I miss it everyday. I got out Nov 2011.
Since I’ve been out, I went to school immediately after I was discharged to National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) to become a personal trainer. I was certified in National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I started working a few local gyms. I was good a training but to sell myself was a whole new thing I had to adapt to. So I struggled my first 3 years since I was having to learn on my own where I was use to repetitive training just to learn something. So it was a challenge for me. In March 2013-2015 I worked for 24 hour fitness and everyone I worked with and member was like having a family. I learned so much more outside just fitness training but corrective exercise and people with all types of disorder and having to learn to work with a wide variety of type of clients. I loved working there but I felt it was time to leave and start a new path. In February 2016 I started my business with training athletes in competing/prepping for body building competitions but also training regular clients in achieving there fitness goals or focusing on corrective exercise and functional training whether from lack of strength as we age or from an injury or wear and tear the body has dealt with over their life time. I have a lot of goals in my life but this business I want to see through and make it big because I believe in myself. I also compete in body building, figure class and I’ve always placed in the top 4 or higher. So, I do all these thing just to be a better person myself but also to inspire other people to challenge themselves to live a healthier and more desirable life style. I want to give people hope that they too can become something greater if they put their hear and mind to it.
